Simply the best of the best!! The team at IDA has gone over and above time and time again for us. Most recently the pharmacist closed the store to be able to run out to get the meds they did not have in inventory for my husband after his hospitalization! Wow. Just WOW!! I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy and their team!!!
One of the best decisions I made when I moved to Gananoque was choosing this Pharmacy to look after all my requirements. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff who care about their customers.
Best customer service I have ever had. I recently moved all my prescriptions from Shopper's, and cannot believe the difference in the services provided. I should have done this sooner!
