"I visited this pharmacy on Thursday. I work nearby and have been a frequent customer for OTC medications, but my latest experience was UNACCEPTABLE. While most of the staff is pleasant, there are THREE staff members (Christine, Teyiah and Taylor) who are unprofessional, rude and very unhappy with their job. I am DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED with the service I received and expect better standards from this establishment."

I’m writing this to express my extreme frustration with the service at Gaetz Avenue Pharmacy, specifically with a technician named Tayiah. She is consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional toward patients. Dealing with her is a headache every single time, and it’s clear she has no respect for the people she’s supposed to be helping. Someone with her attitude should not be working in a pharmacy setting. Management needs to address this or find someone who actually cares about customer service. I won't be coming back.

I came here for a simple antibiotic prescription and was told it would only take a few minutes since there were people ahead of me. Instead, I ended up waiting almost an hour. When my name was finally called, I was told my prescription had been ready for quite some time. Either no one actually called my name, or if they did, it certainly wasn’t clear enough to be heard. Mind you, I was sick that day and just wanted to get home, so both my partner and I were paying close attention to make sure we wouldn’t miss it. Yet somehow... read more
