Great pharmacists awesome service and cheaper prices
We switched to Forbes Sooke because they have never given us the "we're too busy to fill your prescription today" jive. They have an automated system that allows us to place an order and while it's promised for 24 hours late, I've often been able to pick it up the same day. But here's the kicker: I'm currently unable to drive due to a medical situation. I needed a prescription filled, and they delivered it to East Sooke FREE OF CHARGE! I was astonished ... and grateful!
Very disappointing experience. A staff member, who I believe was named Kami or Megan, refused to let me use the washroom. I found the interaction rude and unhelpful. Customers should be treated with basic respect and courtesy. This experience left me feeling unwelcome, and I will think twice before returning.
