Used to be a great pharmacy. The constant pharmacist changes did not help. Staff tried to help, but temporary pharmacists would rather argue with the customer or watch videos on their cell phones. Too bad, started out good.
IDA has the Best Pharmacist in all of BC as far as I’m concerned. I travel lots & when I’m in the peace country I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Very sharp guy who takes the time to go over a new prescription, etc. He really cares about people’s health; which appears rare nowadays. IDA is hands down best pharmacy in Fort St. John. Just wish they opened later than 6 Thursday & Friday. ~SHEILA Z, PEACE RIVER BC
