I don't know where we would be as a family without the staff there. We were always kept informed about any changes concerning our daughter. The staff are very dedicated. Our daughter couldn't have been in better hands at Ida Darwin.

Worst place ever which is has no interest in what is best long term for children who are supposed to be in their care. Staff do not care for patients or their futures, they consider a success to be keeping a child alive and cutting off family to get them into a homeless hostel so they can say they have set them up for life. 0/10 the phoenix centre lacks staff that care and competent mdt. After being sectioned here one day they decided they couldn't deal with me and set a discharge date, they did not listen to the concerns of my parents, my community team or myself. While there were a few good staff they were overshadowed by the bad staff. For 4 months of my admission we had no dietician meaning it was up to staff to weigh and make meal plan changes.
