I'd give a negative star review if I could. The last time I picked up my prescription renewals the attendant behind the counter, (there was only me and her in the store) left me standing there for at least 5 minutes, unacknowledged, while she flipped through something on a counter. She then picked up her water bottle and walked past me to the back of the store to refill it. I am disgusted in this pharmacy. My husbands prescription for his pain medication for her stage 4 terminal cancer is on back order throughout pharmacies in Ontario. We called country side pharmacy to see if they had any in stock and they said do but they won’t release them to him as they only have enough for the “regular” customers. We have dealt with this pharmacy before but he’s not a “regular” customer so they said no. Now my husband has to suffer in pain because they are favouring their “regulars”. Shame on you!
