Refused to fill my medication when I needed, as it is a life saving medication for me that I cannot go a day without. I thankfully found another pharmacy that was more than happy to fill it. Upon switching back to his oharmacy since it is close to my home, they refused it and whatever they had said to the pharmacist at the other pharmacy made them tell me to make a complaints to the College of Pharmacists, while letting me know that she would be doing that as well. Really good experience so far. The lady is very nice to deal with who helped me with my questions and took time to explain. Both gentlemen there are very nice to deal with, and they always help. Thank you :)
Very disappointing experience. I visited this pharmacy to return a parcel and needed a small piece of tape to attach the label. The staff member, an older gentleman, flatly refused to provide any and told me to go buy it from the dollar store — all while I had my 10-month-old with me. Thankfully, the weather was nice, so I didn’t mind walking. When I returned, I even offered to leave the tape behind for the next person in need, but he stated that he deliberately doesn’t offer tape to customers. What really bothered me was ho... read more
