great staff, helped us well
I was out of town and had forgotten my medication, and as my regular pharmacy was closed, I phoned here and Rachita (I think is who I spoke with) was so helpful and kind assisting me to get my prescription when I needed it on a deadline. It was half an hour before their closing, and no real benefit to the Capilano pharmacy to help me with the out-of-province pharmacy, but she treated it as a priority all the same. Very grateful and so impressed with the care and service here.
I found the best pharmacy. Well stocked compared to other pharmacies. Beats the big chain pharmacies. Rachita is the best pharmacist I have dealt with. Extremely knowledgable, knows the medications and give great customer service. You can tell she really cares about her clients Thanks!
Rachita the pharmacist here totally won our business. She is friendly, knowledgeable and she goes the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of. She provides a level of personal service that is so hard to come by these days, she remembers who you are from visit to visit and she takes time with you either in person or even over the phone to make sure you have the information you need to feel comfortable with your medications, vaccines, etc. She even helped us get our online records in order when a big box pharmacy failed to ... read more
Rachita is the absolute best pharmacist I have ever had. She is so friendly and thoughtful and really makes sure you have what you need and understand your meds. She always makes sure I get what I need even when I leave it to the last minute. Thanks so much Rachita you are awesome.
