The staff here are so kind, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile when I needed a prescription last-minute.
great staff, helped us well
I was out of town and had forgotten my medication, and as my regular pharmacy was closed, I phoned here and Rachita (I think is who I spoke with) was so helpful and kind assisting me to get my prescription when I needed it on a deadline. It was half an hour before their closing, and no real benefit to the Capilano pharmacy to help me with the out-of-province pharmacy, but she treated it as a priority all the same. Very grateful and so impressed with the care and service here.
I found the best pharmacy. Well stocked compared to other pharmacies. Beats the big chain pharmacies. Rachita is the best pharmacist I have dealt with. Extremely knowledgable, knows the medications and give great customer service. You can tell she really cares about her clients Thanks!
Rachita the pharmacist here totally won our business. She is friendly, knowledgeable and she goes the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of.
