Ida - thank you for returning "Me" to "Me"! I was obviously operating in Sympathetic N.S. style when I arrived - feeling shakey! Early in the treatment, I could feel all that melting away and my Parasympathetic System took over! I felt grounded once again! It has continued now for several days. And now I understand and truly can 'feel' the difference in N.S. functioning! Thank you.

I came in for treatment because I was feeling very inflamed and unwell. I was honestly a little nervous having never had lymphatic drainage, but Ida took her time to explain everything and put me at ease. The treatment itself was relaxing as well as very effective.
