This company ID Wholesaler is the worst of the worst. The customer service is terrible the orders are not shipped, they sell items and promise delivery (only to find out they are not actually in stock), refunds are nearly impossible and drawn out forever and they just don't care. There are other suppliers out there although you will find many are connected because of buyout). Do your due diligence and find another company. Took a week of following up with support over phone and email to get the license code to upgrade my Badgy printer software, just to find out it was an invalid/not working code. It's 2024; laughable that this is how they do business.
Shipping costs were outrageous to ship to Canada! Buy from somewhere else.
