I’d wax that is such a cozy studio. It’s like walking into a friends apartment. I’m was a bit nervous for my appt. But Nicki is so professional she put me at ease quickly. Everything was clean and privacy was 100%.
Been going to Nicole for a few years now. Always professional and friendly! Beautiful clean studio! I've taken several friends there and got them hooked as well on the great service!
I have 5 kids so it took a bit of work to carve out some me time. Imagine my disappointment when 4 minutes after my appointment was to start, I received a text message that my appointment was cancelled. “Sorry for the inconvenience.” No offer to reschedule or anything. The text said something came up, but I got the impression that my appointment was completely forgotten about. Why not just be honest and own it? Nicole is AMAZING! Her studio is in prime location on Main St in quintessential downtown Niantic. Her studio is impeccable, stylish, serene, with treatment rooms that offer a spectaular view too. I’ve been going to I’d Wax That for 2 years now. I’ve been so pleased with my services. Nicole is a wonderful esthetician and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with her. She is genuine, personable and easy to chat with. Her facility is very clean, inviting, and super cute! I highly recommend I’d Wax That to anyone interested in the services she provides. Cheesy as it sounds, I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!
