The customer service is always 100% from both ladies that work here. The atmosphere is friendly, calm and inviting. My first Brazilian I was super nervous and my esthetician talked me through the entire process. The only place I will ever go for a wax! Highly professional!
It’s an impossible office to find. Looked for 30 minutes and called twice went to voicemail, Oh and don’t bother leaving a message bc the inbox is full. Got a “cancellation” fee even though I simply couldn’t find the office and NO ONE answers the phone.
Nisha was so sweet and made the whole waxing process comfortable. 10/10 recommend
