I have been coming here for my customized t-shirts and sweatshirts for many years. Janelle and her team always treat you with professionalism and are so nice! This store has many different kinds of NP gear and they will work with you to find what works best for you. An amazing business.
Dropped off a number of important items to get embroidered for my wedding. They accepted the items, planned designs, and promised deadlines would be met. Days later, I received a text message stating they “requested not to” complete the order and apologized for the “inconvenience.” Rather than referring me to other businesses, I was told “you can google embroidery shop in Jordan and Heidelberg for store information.” Very disappointing and most certainly would not recommend.
