I’ve left Eric and the guys at ID several reviews, because I just keep doing business with them. Eric knows how to do one thing very well, and that’s tune a vehicle’s ECU/PCM/Whatever. He’s tuned almost every vehicle I’ve ever owned for the last six or seven years, and for good reason. His tuning just flat out makes power.. ID isn’t just about tuning though. Name is Troy.I’ve got my GMC Yukon tuned twice back to back bc the first tune didn’t improve anything about my truck.Just maked me spend a lot more money at the gas pump and lose $300+ for the tune that did nothing.I come back to figure it out and the guy that tuned my truck put an economy tune on my truck so it’s stock again without my file.I was over charged& was told differently about pricing the first time I came and got a so called tune done. Would give negative stars if possible. I went in there to get my transmission tuned after recently swapping a Cummins into my truck. Called them in advance and spoke to Alex who said it would be no problem to get that done for me. Alex then sold me the tuner and the tuning package. After 6 trips and countless phone calls Alex was not able to even remotely get my truck to shift correctly.
