ID land have been misleading and difficult to work with. Here’s a list of problems we experienced through the process and after the build. 1. ID land tried to rush our settlement which would allow them to deny our agreed rebate. Check the agreed terms for a rebate and make sure that they’re setting clear expectations of settlement in writing. We were given an extra week to settle only after I tracked down the founders and general manager and showed them proof that timelines communicate with us weren’t in line with their rush... read more
