I absolutely love this bakery. Such amazingly delicious vegan French pastries from eclairs, danish’s, croissants, tarts, macaroons, and much more, crafted by Chef Romy and team!!! I bought 62.00 worth of pastries, which wasn’t the price that bothered me. I was disappointed because the carrot loaf and the fruit pastries had a refrigerator taste to them.
Truly beautiful pastries and I appreciate they maintain a selection throughout the day. I went in the afternoon and there was plenty of selection. Will definitely be back to have with a coffee. I think if you're not vegan, you possibly would be able to detect a difference between a non-vegan pastry cream and this but not in a "tastes worse" way, just in a "tastes different" way.
