Marcus takes your money and does not show up to fix your car. He will not call you back…at all. Save yourself some time and money. This is a scam.
He was quick came did the diagnosis in my driveway and was polite, helpful I'd recommend this mechanic to anyone
Update: this is a confirmed scam operation. This fake “business” is being investigated by the Ohio Attorney General. Marcus did show up once and told us what we needed to buy to fix our car. We told him we needed it done by the end of the week and he said no problem. Paid the deposit and he stopped communicating and never showed up again. Not sure if he’s truly trying to scam us or just bad at communication, but now we’re out $150 and scrambling to find someone else.
