Unprofessional and Rude – I hired ID Carpets to install carpeting in a retail space. I arranged payment and was just waiting for a date for installation. Not only did the owner not return my phone calls, when I spoke to his office, he relayed the message through them (after my fourth call to the office) that he wasn't going to install the carpeting.
