Mercenaries - after your money without a care to your health. I wish they pursued customer service and patient care as they pursue collection of completely random fees. PLease go to an ER and AVOID these people.

I was treated poorly by the front desk (pretty unusual), but I'm sharing this review about the provider Kathleen Seneca and the traumatic experience I had. I presented positive for rocky mountain spotted fever (positive labs from Labcorp) and the tick also tested positive as well from a lab test, but I had allergic reactions to the typical two antibiotics. Symptoms were so bad for 6 weeks that I hadn't been able to work the last three weeks before this appointment. She kept saying it's probably not RMSP and likely typhoid an... read more
