I felt very comfortable from the moment the office staff picked up the phone. Very caring and knowledgeable. Loved Dr. Marsha Kallich again very knowledgeable and caring. Thank god I found such a knowledgeable doctor to take care of my another in law. I called 15 doctors and no one wanted to take the time to bring her in the office and physically examine her. 🙏
I have not gone to this facility and do not plan too. I've made two call to this location (looking to make an appointment for travel vaccinations). The first phone call the receptionist said she would call my insurance and call me back. After not hearing back from her by the next day I called. She told me she couldn't get through (had patients in the AM) and would call in the afternoon). Here we are and again still no phone call back. I was seeing Dr. Hasham last year after being bitten by a tick. My labs were sent to a different lab in which I was billed triple the amount that I was told I was going to be billed by his receptionist Pat. Last week I spoke with a different receptionist named Grace and had asked to speak with Pat because I had spoken with Pat a week and half ago prior to this phone call.
