A surprisingly good experience. Staff from the beginning of the visit to the end, were pleasant. The provider, a PA I believe, accessed a telephone translator, a human (big deal these days!) fluent in Vietnamese. The provider was patient and explained through the translator. She listened closely to the patient's questions and answered through the translator. That takes patience and the intent to take care of the individual.
