I had a very concerning experience with the doctor at this hospital. The doctor seemed highly unreliable, ordering a range of tests without first understanding the exact symptoms. This lack of proper assessment could potentially delay the correct diagnosis and treatment, which is deeply worrying. Great experience from the person who made my appointment to the receptionist, nurse and doctor! They were all kind and friendly. I believe this doctor genuinely cares about people and for the first time a doctor isn’t pushing medication on me. He took his time and listened to my concerns. I truly believe there needs to be more compassionate doctors and humans in general. I would recommend this office! Thanks for being a good team!
I saw a doctor over 2 weeks ago. He said I would hear the results in 3 or 4 days. I called the office and was told to leave a message with a nurse. Nothing for 4 days now. Every doctor I have ever been responded at least within a day after a call.
I very much enjoyed the visits I have had with this office. The front office staff is kind and attentive. The nurses are caring. The doctor has a smile on his face and seems to enjoy helping people. I have no complaints about this office.
Disappointed with the doctor I saw. Did not address my symptoms - was dismissive when I tried to explain anything - based treatment plan on only one criteria. When I reviewed my chart online it said things were checked like Ears, Throat, Neck, Lungs, Abdomen, etc and NONE of that was ever done. This doctor is treating my infectious disease with no knowledge if I even have swollen glands. Very disappointed in the evaluation and treatment.
