As per usual, "Do you have an appointment?No? Get out" "You need a counseling and the ring of god as well as letting S1, 1sg, and post commander know as well" All this bureocracy to get a new CAC card is dumb and unhelpful. What happened to soldiers first? What happened to having basic decency and at least explain why these things are needed instead of having an attitude just because someone dared to ask for help.
Very helpful to my situation of ID misplacement during training in the box. Let me know where I needed to go and I got sorted with all paperwork within an hour and left with my new ID. ❤️
