Incompetent at taking measurements. I received the wrong sized blinds after their sales person got the measurements wrong. Then the owner's husband drilled the holes and tried to install the incorrectly measured blinds. Then the owner of the business blamed her staff and suggests i have a glass of wine and forget their incompetence. She made no attempt to remediate or resolve the situation. No accountability or responsibility for the negligence and incompetency of her business. Amateur act from beginning to end.
Kasey, Renee and the entire ID Blinds team go way above and beyond in their after sale service. We cant rate them high enough for their follow up and dedication to amazing customer service. We have dealt with ID Blinds since we built our home over 15 years ago and the service has never declined.
