I had my product for less than a year. Only reason I was comfortable spending so much on a cooler was that it had a warranty however when my unit broke they said that they could not honor the warranty. Shameful business practices!

So I actually drove to Texas and bought two icy Breeze coolers directly from the manufacturer I was so impressed with the quality of the product I saw, I now have had it for about a year, and I cannot say how impressed I have been with using them in my RV It has been great for keeping my pet cool while I am not in the vehicle The OneNote I would make for the manufacturer is that while driving the vehicle, the Seal of the lid is not tight enough and the water splashes around and leaks on the floor If you can fix this small is... read more

My wife who delivers packages for a living needed some relief from the 135-degree heat index, so we bought the platinum version. The cooling part helps, she still is covered in sweat, but it does help. Within five months of use the bottom started to crack and tear. ICY Breeze said it was from misuse. All my wife does is move it form her car and then puts it in her work car. It slides in her work car 8-10 inches. Icy breeze was more than happy to take my money for a new unit and a replacement battery but when my battery that was under warranty needed replacement and I ordered new parts because their unit broke they refused to ship to my P.O. Box

Its cool but is a "fancy" swamp cooler not really impressed sorry guys if it wasn't so expensive it would be fair
