First time customer here and by far the BEST ever experience with Valentin! He fixed my father’s laptop in less than 20 minutes from a virus he got. I totally recommend this place to bring all your electronics. I’m coming back to get him to make my MacBook load faster! I will be a return customer for life! A place to Trust!

By far the best electronics repair and service shop in Tampa. This is a family run business with a clear focus on customer service and quality. Valentin and Geta are always friendly and helpful. They really care. They fixed my macbook pro, my wife’s iPhone and my iPhone in a surprisingly timely manner. Everything continues to work better than new. I will never go to another repair shop as long as I live in the area.

I have a very custom built very high end gaming and streaming PC. I was afraid to take it anywhere until I saw ICustom. I was nervous, but I have never been more happy with business and how well they treated me and how well they treated my PC. The knowledge, attentiveness, and overall experience was nothing short of fantastic. If I ever have any kind of PC problems or friends of mine do, I will not hesitate to send them over here. I wish I could give 10 stars!

I brought my phone in through a recommendation from my friend. And they did not disappoint. Their customer service was beyond 10 stars and they worked with me on the price as well And fixed it at a flat rate we discussed over text. Not a lot of places are as genuine and hard working as these two. Do not waste your time going to other places just in it for the money. They are the best in Tampa and I swear by it. This was without a doubt my best consumer experience anywhere in years if not ever. I believe it was the owner who helped me. I told him I wanted a frugal option to protect my phone. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. He put the screen protector and case on for me. And it was less than half what my cell provider was going to cost.
