Ha a brief tour of the display home and their cluster development design in Korumburra. Innovative use of building materials and design. Looks like once a place is built it looks after its own grey water and minimal costs when it comes to electricity. Uses 48V so a third of the use of 240v. insulated bonded steel panelling. Overall great solutions for standalone off the grid solutions and easy to build around 2 months.

I have personally thoroughly inspected these homes and they are the way of the future if we are serious about reducing our reliance on gas, electricity and water. These homes to my knowledge are the first of there kind. They don't need any plumbing, electric poles or underground gas pipes. They are available for purchase at the moment.
