Julie and Andrew at ICU are incredible optometrists! They’ve been looking after my eyes for the past 15 years and now also take care of my children’s eyes. They’re always thorough, listen carefully to their patients, and even provide out-of-hours support. I highly recommend them!
The team at ICU Optometry are pure awesomeness. The Receptionist was professional, practical and very friendly. Julie was my Optometrist and she was a recommendation from a friend of a friend. She was comprehensive and dispelled a number of falsehoods about my eye health after having my eyes assessed by one of the big chain optometrist. Dr Julie at ICU Optometry has been outstanding — not only did she patiently work with me to get the perfect prescription for my bifocal contacts (no small feat), she also went above and beyond when our son got hit in the eye with a soccer ball and had blurred vision. Even though the clinic was closed and she’d already gone home, she met us back at the office to examine him and reassure us he was okay (which he is). That kind of care, commitment, and follow-through is rare — and deeply appreciated. Thank you, Dr Julie!
