I recently brought my 2014 Prius Hybrid wiith 195,000in to ICS AutoBody to refurbish the hybrid. Moses is honest, thorough, methodological and knowledgeable in this niche hybrid cell replacement. Moses replaced all cells. He kept the car over a period of several days. I returned a few days later where he again over several days rechecked everything to correct a glitch. A scammer, $1000 to fix a window and a little bit of rust. He just painted over the rust so now you can still see the rust again and the window worked for like 5 days and now again it’s messed up. Hes also very creepy and if you are a girl. I don’t recommend you going alone….
I've had my mazda car brought in to Moses on 2 separate occasions; one when I scraped the left side of my car and it scratched off a chunk of paint, and the other when I rear ended a dumpster and it broke my tail-light and left a dent on the rear. Moses made it look like the accidents never happened. He was very friendly and did an amazing job on my vehicle. He also helped me with setting up my dashcam, so I've been very happy with the services. Recommended!
After 350000km we weren’t ready to part with our 2007 Toyota Camry hybrid, so when we started getting “check hybrid system” error messages we brought it into ICS. They quickly and cost-effectively diagnosed the problem (3 bad cells) and repaired the battery. We hope they are still around when we hit the 700000km mark! Highly recommended.
