I have been to this location 20 times. 99% of the time with 1 pallet. I was always in and out in 30 mins tops. Now they have appointment times. I was the first in @ 8am and passed by. It is going on 10am. and my seal is yet to broken. 2 hours for 1 pallet? 1 person to unload all trucks? Whomever is running this shit show now is extremely unqualified. Dont be late or expect to leave here , its not fscfs . Its by appointment only , its mostly behind schedule , even though they’ll unload u as soon u get a dock .but dock waiting will drive u nuts . , bring ur food and drinks with u or you’ll be disappointed plus no rest room or potty area 🤦♂️.
