Great people, very polite.
Ordered and received a door. Reported damage to shipping company and ICS. I was passed back and forth between the two with neither taking responsibility. A MONTH later, there is no resolution. No one will return my calls. Initial promises to get answers have not been met. I called every extension in the directory this morning and no one will answer. Unlike the other review, customer service is very poor! Would NOT recommend this company!
