Three attempts to replicate the prescription that was perfect in the 3 practice fittings for multifocals for computer and reading. They think it is satisfactory to see blurred text when reading, as there is no sweet spot for reading regardless of position of head or glasses on my nose I am asking for a full refund of all costs - 2024 Bupa payment and the gap I paid. A waste of time - 4 visits in total and still no glasses.
I had a full medical eye report done for my car licence. I found Mr Train to be astute and thorough. I was very pleased with my new script and I recommend them for any complicated eye issues.
They did a great job with customer service, specially Kenneth Nguyen doing great work on eye testing and referred me to specialist for swollen and damaged optic nerves. Great work!!!
