I have been a member at Iconix Inglewood for a while now, and there is a lot to like about this gym. The equipment is top notch, and the staff is friendly and helpful, which makes for a great workout environment. That being said, many of the features that were supposed to set Iconix apart, like the rooftop pool, turf area, and sauna, took far longer than advertised to open with vague timelines and ongoing delays. Waheeey!! I'm not sure where to start. Equipment is smooth and new. The rooftop workout area, pool and sauna are insane. The staff are so lovely, especially the membership advisor Chelsie, so welcoming and informative. Eucalyptus infused towels at your disposal, great quality steamroom, a SLIDE, a photograph station and unbelievable products in the cafe. The list goes on and on, as a regular gym goer I really couldn't recommend enough. Never seen anything like it in Europe.
This rating is for communication purposes. I’ve generally had a good experiences at this gym, but I wanted to share some honest feedback regarding a recent situation. I came in to get a workout/ walk on the treadmill, unaware that my membership was past due. I wasn’t informed of this at the front desk, so I proceeded with my workout as usual. I love my gym! It never smells like a typical gym, and there are so many options to choose from—yoga, kickboxing, swimming, cycling, personal training, and even massage. It really is a one-stop shop for all my fitness and wellness needs. Every time I’ve visited, the bathrooms have been spotless and fully stocked, which I appreciate. The café inside is super convenient, and validated parking is a big plus. Overall, I’m really happy with this gym and highly recommend it!
