We purchased a new AV Processor from Iconic that was a little difficult to install. Alex was sent to finish the job and our system works great. Go check out the showroom with Huy. They have some incredible gear!
Definitely some super sound experience! Above and beyond! When your whole body and soul could just sink into the beautiful sound world, pure enjoyment without having a thought. Super recommended if you do care about how your music sounds like.

interesting concept, you pay above market prices to monitor your system. You call in for assistance and constantly get a ticket created and no one calls back. I have a ticket opened for 2 months and still no call back. Been calling each day just to hear we created a new ticket.
The service was very expensive, and at some level, it felt like a scam. Will Breaux kept changing the quote several times, which was frustrating. The home controller stopped working the very next day. When we tried to call them, there was no response. Additionally, the speaker quality was really bad. The worst part was when the individual tried to harass me and called me troublemaker.
