No microwave, studio overpriced, but not a bad experience. However, students may live on the property but it is not limited to students as I was lead to believe
I moved out recently and lived at this property for about 2.5 years. The changing of management was pretty rough, but I would say the current management is more on top of things and responds well with maintenance. Although, management also is mainly just there as a face and have go-to lines when youre looking to help with issues. For example; parking permits are optional (when they were first introduced, it was not presented as "optional") and yet people can get away with parking in the parking lot without them.
