I moved out recently and lived at this property for about 2.5 years. The changing of management was pretty rough, but I would say the current management is more on top of things and responds well with maintenance. Although, management also is mainly just there as a face and have go-to lines when youre looking to help with issues. For example; parking permits are optional (when they were first introduced, it was not presented as "optional") and yet people can get away with parking in the parking lot without them. I really appreciate the way the respect I got from the The apt manager was very helpful to answer all my questions
Move in was super easy. Haven't had any issues with utilities or appliances the whole time and everyone here is really respectful. No issues with nosy/loud neighbors. The areas surrounding are very accessible. It's easy to go to the store or even a relax and scenic walk! Overall, I've had a wonderful time here at Iconic Village.
