I would avoid this company. My experience with them has been nothing but untrustworthy and dishonest. I was in a Real Estate Contract for about 4 years. My attorney obtained a letter when contract was made from Iconic saying the amount of the deposit they were holding. The deal fell thru and when my attorney and I attempted any communication they at first said they did not have any deposit. Then they came back with a lesser number of the original deposit Stay Away!

Awful, dishonest people. Ordered a service from my company and totally ghosted us without paying. I had to take legal action, but was paid over 9 months later. Very shady group. STAY AWAY from these people!
