I booked a facial with her and she never showed up. I waited 15 mins past my appointment time and later got a message from her apologizing and offering to do my facial for no pay. I let her know my availability and it’s been 2 weeks never got a response back.
Can I just say WOW! What an amazing experience I had with Laura. She is a gem with golden hands. Very knowledgeable, sweet, and you can totally see she has a passion for what she does. I got the iconic hydrafacial and it was worth every penny. This is exactly what I’ve been searching for. I left with my face completely radiant and snatched.
