I never though I could speak that good about a contractor/tradie Kia is a highly skilled person with huge building knowledge and experience, with amazing attention to detail. He can be doing a job on a wall but if he sees something not right in a different area of your house, he will fix it and many times won’t even charge for it. Kia of Iconic Painting & Renovations did an excellent job for us in staining all our exterior window & door frames, replacing rotten weatherboards, priming, painting and sealing every board, painted the exterior of our two storey home. Besides being very reasonable, he is friendly, well mannered, hard working, flexible, honest, shows initiative and is very well qualified. We highly recommend Kia for big and small jobs and wish him well for the future.
