Here are my thoughts after 7 years of living here. Management staff lacks effective communication skills to express empathy in any situation. Their untimely manor of addressing issue can be continually frustrating. Current staff Rebecca and Phil T. Outside door is continuously, broken, allowing homeless people to sleep inside of the building.
