I wish to express my serious concerns about the builder in question, as working with them has proven to be not only challenging but also a complete nightmare. I am currently in contact with at least five other homeowners who, unfortunately, made the grave mistake of signing contracts with this dodgy builder. Regrettably, all of them have faced and continue to endure significant hardships due to the builder's questionable practices.
