We often stay at Kirra Beach and the Iconic is absolutely fantastic! Great location, beautiful and spacious apartments and lovely staff. Communication was excellent and even though we arrived out of hours it will all very easy.
Beautiful Establishment-Right across Rd from Beach - Walking Distance to Cafes and Amenities… Unfortunately this business has a group of unprofessional gatekeepers at their front desk – Reception. Very unhelpful - Rude - and Entitled. Having worked in five star front office establishments myself for many years - I would not have some of these women on my front desk - - if I wanted exceptional service reviews for my business. We had a family holiday and stayed here. The apartment had everything we needed. The views were amazing from the balcony. The location is very convenient for the GC airport and about 40 minutes to Surfers Paradise with traffic . It was a perfect family holiday. Thank you.
The service from booking to check out was excellent. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The room is very modern, clean, comfortable and has all that you require for a stay. Our room was on the North Western side of the building and had great views to the ocean and the hinterland. However it is in shade for a good part of the day which does make the unit a little cool.
