Great 3 bedroom apartment on 11th floor, which had a fabulous beach view. The Iconic is very well situated with many cafes and restaurants just downstairs. And the beach just across the road!!

Fantastic location, apartment was well appointed, great showers. Such easy access for great restaurants with Hank's being part of the same building and Siblings across the street, Kirra cafe 50m away. We will return

Overall, we had a great stay and would happily stay here again. The rooms were comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The only area for improvement was the housekeeping service, we had a mid week service clean and while the beds were made and fresh towels were provided, the room did not appear to be vacuumed or have surfaces wiped down during servicing. Recently stayed here for 3 nights, the customer service was excellent and attentive. The room clean, neat and tidy. Easy access to transport, great morning swims and walks. Will be back again

very disappointing stayed there 6nights we booked and paid in full through a travel agent we requested a high level ocean view we got 2nd level looking over the shops roof which were attached to the motel & ocean view , we were told they always give the low levels to travel agents if we had booked direct we would get high levels ,another problem was there were work men fixing the roof so we could not even sit on the balcony , I asked at the reception about the work men they they didnt know about them ?? the reception did a d... read more
