Great class, efficient warmup, precise technic demonstration
If you're looking for a fitness home, CrossFit Escondido is it – regardless of your current fitness level. The dedicated staff is incredibly supportive and it's clear they truly care about your progress. But for me, the community aspect is everything. It's such a nice, supportive environment that makes working out here a joy, and it's definitely why I keep coming back!
