All of the coaches are a big part of why I continue to show up. Their guidance and attitude make it a pleasure to fight for my own survival on a day to day basis during the workouts. I’ve had positive personal growth thanks to them all! Highly recommend.
I love taking classes with Chris Wellman. He’s always attentive to each one of us, which makes me feel safer from getting injured and confident that I’m doing the exercises correctly. He also motivates us to give that extra push.
Loving the group workout sessions with DJ. He’s got a gift for motivating and inspiring you to push harder, but to also make you feel completely comfortable modifying and listening to your body to not over do it. I feel like I get a really great work out - that sore the next day but I can still walk normal and function kinda feeling! The programs are really well designed too, and I’m never bored. Loving the sense of community as well, everyone really supports each other. See you there!!
I enjoy CrossFit but also loath it too, a love hate relationship. The team of coaches are great about breaking down the moves and explaining why you need to do them correctly. DJ and his team are positive and helpful. Costs more than an average gym but CrossFit Escondido is not your average gym. If you’re serious about getting healthy and in shape, spend the money and come.
Emily is an outstanding CrossFit coach! Her instructions are clear and effective, making every session both productive and enjoyable. I truly appreciate how attentive she is, always ensuring I maintain proper form to prevent injuries. Thanks to her guidance, I feel confident and safe during workouts. Highly recommend her fun and engaging classes!
