DJ and the other coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. I enjoy my workouts and always feel good after a session. The coaches help scale any workout for you and are accommodating. This is a healthy outlet and I enjoy getting in and moving my body.
Coach Dj makes every workout at CrossFit Escondido very enjoyable by personalizing the sessions to fit our needs. His encouragement and clear instructions help keep you motivated throughout the class. His energy keeps you wanting to coming back.

Great gym and the community as a whole. Workouts are always fun but challenging. All the coaches are great, knowledgeable, and care for the participants. I always drop in when in town and DJ, head coach and owner, is very personable and takes care of the gym in the best way.
Loved the workout! The vibe was super positive and fun and the exercises were challenging but easily scaled for my ability. Glad I went today! Coach DJ seems super approachable and kept the energy high.
