Terrible eyebrow service she thinned out my eyebrows way to much, I just went for a clean up and I even confirmed with her that it would be just a clean up and she left me with really thinned eyebrows
Jenny has been my lash artist for over 3 years, and she's incredible! She's sweet, accommodating, and really cares about preserving the health of your natural lashes. Recently, I had to remove my lashes to get permanent eyeliner done, and my natural lashes were still thick and full thanks to her expertise. It's very relaxing, and I always love the style of the sets she does on me ♡
Cindy makes the process of being waxed look and feel so easy. She knows exactly what she's doing and does the process with such skill- while also maintaining good conversation- that you almost forget you're in for a waxing. The process goes quickly, effortlessly, and relatively painlessly. Prebooked my next appointments because I am happy to have found such a good esthetician who makes the whole event feel simple and easy.
Wonderful lashes. Lash tech was nice. Receptionists have the worst customer service. Yes. Very loud explicit lyric music. Waste of money. Don't go. I'm not going back. Bye bye
