Iconic has exceeded expectations with keeping timelines on 2 projects for myself. I have referred them to multiple friends/family. Expert workmanship and attention to detail on every experience.
The workmen did a good job. Iconic construction company bid the job and it took an extra hours to do the work. The original bid was for $450. After the work was completed iconic construction company billed me for another $400. Reason being it took extra hours to finish the job. I signed the contract online. They never came to my house to bid the work. I paid the extra money to protect my credit. A contract is a legal document. They never told me about the additional hours.
