My family and I entered into a contract for a full renovation of our house. The estimate from Iconic was quoted to take “approximately 8 months”, with the contract listing 1 year as a maximum...17 months after construction began we moved into our new home. Iconic helped us renovated a two units in Baltimore City. I love the jobs they did. They also made it on time and under budget. Very happy the house work they did for us. Highly recommend !
Iconic Builders were fantastic, from the beginning we were so impressed by the clear and timely communication. The workmanship was excellent throughout our entire renovation and the previous owner couldn't believe that it was their old house! They feel like true partners in a project and they truly have our highest recommendation.

I Marco worked for iconic and my last three months I received nothing. I am 55 years old and more than 38 years of experience I have never had this experience with any company. I do not recommend this company! don't work there! they do this with all employees. they owe me $ 4,084 they didn't pay me! this company is fake. be careful before hiring, or if you are going to work with this company.
