I would highly recommend Iconic bathrooms and our fitter Mike Haugh. Mike recently fitted a bathroom for me and was really thorough, personable, attentive to detail and professional throughout!
From the moment we walked into the showroom Lee made us feel welcome and relaxed. He was polite, friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. After contacting Dan to give us a quote and some ideas we were confident that he would be the right person to do the job. Love our new bathroom! Mark was super efficient and dealt with all our requests and explained what he was doing at each stage. Thanks too to Lee for advising us on all the fittings. We are delighted with the finished bathroom.
To the owner. You replied to my review saying that i didnt visit the shop. My actual name is John,not Brian Morecombe.I reside at Thornton Road Fallowfield and i DID visit your shop Iconic Bathrooms to arrange a new bathroom installation with help from Lee.He appointed Mike Garvey to give me a quote of £5,650 to install dark grey toilet and basin units with Marble tiles at approx 8th July 2024.I agreed to the quote and he started work roughly on that date. Job done but disappointed.It wasnt done to the standard i expected for the amount of money i paid to the fitter Mark. I shouldnt have had to keep checking on the job to stop the floor squeaking and creaking.The issue was rectified but not entirely as it should have been. Because that annoys me the most,a 2 star rating i think is right including some other hassles with supplies although that problem was down to the shop.
