Sold my property through iconek and honestly the experience was better than I expected. They kept me updated the whole way through, were easy to get hold of when I had questions, and handled everything without making it stressful. Nothing felt overpromised or pushy, just straight up and professional. You can tell they actually put effort into getting a good result rather than treating you like another number. Really happy with how everything turned out.

If you’re looking to sell your property, I would strongly recommend doing your research before choosing these agents. In my experience, there were repeated instances of misleading information and unfulfilled promises, and the property remained on the market without being sold. A good indicator is to look at how many properties they currently have listed and how successfully they are selling them. I found their communication and transparency disappointing, which is why I would not recommend their services.
Horrible service and highly unprofessional. They consistently misled customers and failed to keep their promises. Things were much better when Michael was there. At this rate, they won’t stay in business for long.
Iconek real estate is the most disaster real estate from our recent experience. We have experienced a very bad selling journey with them. Alen and the team all given me false information. If you really want to save your property please avoid Iconek real estate (lalor vic). The whole team is bad and truely unprofessional. They operate with full of lies and false hope.
