Horrible service and highly unprofessional. They consistently misled customers and failed to keep their promises. Things were much better when Michael was there. At this rate, they won’t stay in business for long.
Iconek real estate is the most disaster real estate from our recent experience. We have experienced a very bad selling journey with them. Alen and the team all given me false information. If you really want to save your property please avoid Iconek real estate (lalor vic). The whole team is bad and truely unprofessional. They operate with full of lies and false hope. Please avoid them. Thanks.
Property Purchase: Smooth Journey. Genuine, supportive through out the process, easy to communicate and prompt. Property Management: Their property management is horrible. Worst in paper work, lie, mis-information. You pay as a landlord but get zero support.
