Icon west did an outstanding job with our outdoor lighting and security camera setup. 10/10 recommendation!!!
Respectful, great communication and very thorough. We were extremely satisfied with Kyle’s work. We will definitely use him again
Very happy with project Icon West did for us. They came out, provided a reasonable estimate and definitely went above and beyond. Transformed our living with some beautiful new lighting
Icon West provided top of line service on our home in Hampden MA. We reached out during our kitchen renovation plans and they not only assisted in layout ideas but made the process seamless start to finish. My husband and I are very pleased ! Would definitely recommend
Made a confirmed appointment for the next day. No one showed up. When I called, he said that he forgot. This is no way to run a business, and this is definitely a lack of customer service.
