It was my first time getting new glasses in Canada. I saw recommendations for Dr. Chong at Icon Vision Care online, booked an appointment, and had a great experience.
Dr. Chong is very caring and compassionate especially with my kids. Shoutout to Cristina as she is very helpful and accommodating to us even with my kids. I admire her patience and dedication. I highly recommend this eye clinic.
I've been coming to Icon Vision for at least 10 years now. It's lovely seeing a lot of the same staff, Dr. Davin Chong is wonder. I moved 4 years ago but still own a home in Alberta, and I travel a province so I can continue to come to this location. The staff is kind, and the service is always quick and excellent.
I don’t write reviews at all, but this place absolutely deserves it. Dr. Chong is amazing, not only is he incredibly professional, but also so kind, patient, and just great with kids. Honestly, I had a moment where I thought, “Can I hire him as a babysitter?” LOL My kids were in full chaos mode, unleashing themselves every 5 seconds while I desperately tried to keep them quiet and sitting still. Been here twice so far, once for my wife and once for myself. Their staff is super friendly and helpful, and I had confidence that their optometrists knew what they were doing. Overall the best eye care place I've been to.
