What an awesome experience!! I just walked in to book an appointment and I was able to be seen same day. The wonderful lady that I first saw who booked my appointment and did my eye tests was amazing, very attentive and great conversation and super professional. Then I saw the Doctor who was fast but very thorough and super personable. Then the fun began with Melissa C. the staff was very friendly when i took my little sister there for an eye exam. Larhyssa was amazing when it came to dealing with our appointment needs, eye exam and choosing our lenses. convenient location and affordable prices. will definetly visit again :)
Dr. Chong and his team are absolutely amazing. My daughter is 4 and needs glasses. They are so wonderful with children, such a great experience for her first eye exam. Also, recently I had to go in twice for emergency walk-in appointments due to a sudden loss of vision, and he saw me right away, quickly referred me to a specialist, and made sure I got the urgent care I needed to prevent permanent vision loss.
