** workmanship and quality is great HOWEVER I believe I was taken advantage of. Phoned in to get quote for REAR window tint on small convertible window. I provided make, model and exact size of my rear window 8" x 30" and it was clearly understood what window. Was provided quote of $70 so I booked. After install I was advised full window is normally $130 however he was ONLY going to now charge me $90. With two cars previously tinted by Icon, I brought my third one in for tint and also had full front end Xpel done. Damien is THE best and does amazing work. You have to go here. Highly recommend Icon! Thanks again Damien.

11 year long customer here...will never return. I should have learned my lesson long ago. I've had nothing but problems here. In 2013, I had my Audi worked on here. The PPF yellowed within a few years and needed replacement, which I had to pay for. Sure, maybe this was just a characteristic of all PPF in this time period. Give them the benefit of the doubt. Years later, maybe 2020 or so, I brought my Tacoma here. I had PPF applied. The underside of the PPF was full of fingerprints. I had to bring it back to have it redone, w... read more
